Gaussian Splatting
Since early 2025, I have been working with Gaussian Splatting as a creative and technical practice — exploring how three-dimensional point cloud data can be rendered as expressive, atmospheric visual material. This work spans personal experiments shared on Instagram, where I documented real-time point cloud rendering and visual outputs, through to its integration as the core visual system of my thesis installation Terrain as Instrument (NYU IDM, 2026), in which satellite terrain data is converted to PLY point clouds and rendered live in TouchDesigner via a custom GLSL shader.
